Training Project (RPG fantasy like)

As part of my role as Lead Concept Artist, I designed a fictional project with concrete guidelines to help the concept art team sharpen their conceptual skills while breaking the daily routine. The project was a fantasy RPG inspired by Studio Ghibli’s style. Beyond preparing the exercise, I guided the artists, provided constructive feedback, and contributed as a concept artist, leading the artistic style, particularly in character design. These images showcase only the work I created, though the exercise resulted in many additional pieces produced by the team over 3-4 sessions, including various environment concepts. It was a truly enjoyable and challenging concept exercise.
